Delivery Information

Due to the fragile nature of ARO's products, overnight shipping is mandated. ARO's experience shipping domestically has been that Federal Express provides the quickest and most convenient delivery service.

International orders can be shipped by air cargo consigned to your preferred broker. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all necessary import permits and licenses are obtained and provided to ARO prior to shipping. Requirements and charges will vary with the country of destination. Additional fees will be applied for any required export / import documentation and veterinary certificates.

All shipments are accompanied by a historical data sheet, which contains information on broodstock origin, culture conditions, age, water quality information and specific feeding requirements. Health monitoring reports and reference toxicant data is available on some species and can be included on request.

All shipments are subject to a packing and box charge fee.
